Publication date: Fri, 15 Dec 2023

The International Political Science Review (IPSR) welcomes proposals for symposia on current specific topics from guest editor(s) on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Symposia typically include an editorial introduction of approximately 2000 words and four articles, each with a maximum length of 5000 words. The content of each symposium should cover topical and contemporary research that is of interest to a broad audience within the discipline.

Symposium articles should be short, jargon-free, and accessible. Prospective guest editor(s) should submit proposals to IPSR at ipsr.journal@gmail.com and must commit to submitting the symposium within three months of a positive assessment by the editors. An accelerated review process will be used.
