Job Description

Based on an understanding that environmental and socio-economic sustainability are closely intertwined and that global governance has an imminent role in both, MASUS provides comprehensive training to tackle multifaceted challenges of sustainability and generate comprehensive solutions in that respect.

  • MASUS focuses on some of the most pressing issues of sustainability such as climate change and energy, biodiversity, poverty and inequality, together with prevalent challenges in global governance and the tragedy of the commons.
  • It provides a vanguard multidisciplinary training by bringing together experts from a wide range of disciplines in natural and social sciences – e.g. biology, economics, mathematics, development studies, law, political science, sociology.
  • It is taught entirely in English by a diverse faculty from 8 distinct departments (4 departments @ UC3M) and 7 universities and research centers/institutions.
  • MASUS encourages students from all academic and professional backgrounds to apply. The program will be launched in September 2022. Please help us spread the word and find our poster attached.
