Faculty Position

The Institute for Advanced Study invites nominations and applications for a professorial position in the School of Social Science. The Institute seeks a distinguished scholar in political theory/political science whose research interests are varied in scope, and whose area of concentration includes the study of the development and functioning of contemporary industrial societies.

All specializations will be considered for candidates with exceptional scholarly accomplishments. This tenured position requires a distinguished record of achievement and clear potential for continued significant contributions. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to engage in interdisciplinary exchanges and meaningfully interact with visiting postdoctoral members.
