The event will explore the current challenges of internet regulation and its impact on free expression, political participation and digital communication, and the role of civil society in shaping policy. This event is part of Marmalade Festival 2023, which takes place in six venues across Oxford from 11 to 14 April 2023. There will be over 90 events, including discussions, performances, film screenings and much more. Topics will include how to learn, homelessness, young people and mental health, amongst other subjects.
