Konstanz Methods Excellence Workshops (KOMEX) 2026

Registration is now open for the Konstanz Methods Excellence Workshops (KOMEX) 2026, which will take place in February 2026, both online and in person at the University of Konstanz.

KOMEX offers pluralistic, not-for-profit methods training designed for PhD students and early-career researchers across the social sciences. Organized by the University of Konstanz in collaboration with MethodsNET and supported by the Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality”, KOMEX is committed to:

Course formats and dates:

• Short courses (2 days): 19–20 February 2026
• Compact courses (3 days): 23–25 February 2026
• Main courses (5 days): 23–27 February 2026

Pricing (early bird rates):

• Short: €180
• Compact: €270
• Main: €440

All courses include ECTS credits (1–4 depending on length).

Courses are offered either in person in Konstanz or fully online via ekomex, providing flexibility for participants worldwide.
