Jointly organised by the Leibniz Research Center for Inclusive Citizenship (CINC) and ECPR Standing Group Citizenship
The inaugural International Congress of the Leibniz Research Center for Inclusive Citizenship (CINC) and the Biennial Conference of the ECPR Standing Group on Citizenship look forward to jointly examining various aspects of inclusion and citizenship as belongings, practices and acts, at this forthcoming event. With the aim to facilitate a theoretical discussion and presentation of empirical findings, this interdisciplinary conference will consider citizenship and inclusion as social practices from a range of perspectives and six themes:
- Gender, Migration and Citizenship
- Cultural Heritage and Citizenship
- Digital Citizenship
- Inclusive Citizenship Education
- Teaching, Learning and Citizenship
- Medical Citizenship and Pandemic Preparedness
Several international keynote and plenary speakers have been confirmed - see the detailed information HERE.
The Conference is free to attend. Presenters and attendees will be responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses and a small fund will be set up to support scholars without other means of financing their attendance.
This Conference is organised in collaboration with the Leibniz Research Center for Inclusive Citizenship (CINC), ECPR Standing Group on Citizenship, and The Ministry for Science and Culture of Lower Saxony.
