2026 European Political Science Association Conference

The 16th annual conference of the European Political Science Association will take place from 9 to 11 July, Prague, Czech Republic at the Prague Congress Centre. We invite paper submissions that represent the state of the art in political science and that focus on any substantive area of politics. Conference presentations are organized by topic into broad tracks. As always, we expect tenured participants to contribute to the success of the conference by serving as chairs or discussants. Proposals for pre-organized panels are also welcome.

EPSA 2026 coincides with the 2026 Prague meeting of IMEBESS 2026. A pre-conference LLM workshop will be held on 8 July 2025 [T2M LLM Workshop] building on the success of the Madrid LLM pre-conference and highlighting the contributions of Oxford’s very successful Synthetic Replication Games that were inaugurated at IMEBESS 2025, Valencia.

Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The city is romantic and successful, ancient and modern, but above all, it is a city that is cosmopolitan through and through, very used to welcoming visitors. The Prague Congress Centre is one of the largest and best-equipped European centres, the ideal venue for the next EPSA annual event. Metro access to the City Centre from the venue is convenient and takes minutes.

For pre-organised panel submissions, make sure that all proposals are submitted to the same “track” and add a panel abbreviation to the paper title. Note that we evaluate paper proposals without attention to whether they are part of a pre-organized panel.
