The Call for Papers is open throughout the year.

The Review of International Affairs (RIA) is a leading English-language journal in international relations published in Serbia. Issued by the Institute of International Politics and Economics in Belgrade, RIA is a fully open-access journal published in English, with ISSN 0486-6096 and online ISSN 2955-9030. With a strong scholarly tradition, the journal is widely recognized for its sustained focus on international studies, with particular expertise in the Balkan region.

RIA invites submissions of original research articles addressing timely and significant issues in international politics, international economics, and international law. Contributions focusing on the Balkans are especially encouraged, while high-quality papers on broader regional and global topics are also welcome.

The journal is currently in the process of SCOPUS indexing and is already indexed in DOAJ, EBSCO, ERIH Plus, CEEOL, and COBISS+. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high academic standards.

RIA charges no publication or submission fees, and all published articles are freely and permanently accessible to the global research community.
