Countries Union and Continuable Political Administration System for Turkey and Other Countries: Basics of the System

I. The Countries’ Union is defined As a Sense of Justice, As a Doctrine, As a Belief, As an Ideology, As a Guide, As a System, As an Administration Method . . . II. The system, with the scope of the 7 basic subjects given below; will supply a structure for countries, where it administrate, inspect, improve itself and increase the values of the countries, and also solves the present and possible future problems of Turkey, North Cyprus/T.R.N.C. and other countries and of the related publics, private sectors and persons, in systematically and simultaneously through short, mid and long term period: 1.One Framework: All the past federations, confederations, empires, ideologies, political administration systems, thoughts and senses, doctrines, etc. are in fact each reflects a special functional processes within a general system of where the kinds of services, subjects of services, way of services, service types and persons are considered and placed as a factor in it and where these factors are arranged through different priorities, weights, and also taken under record with some rules. The system here; is a unique system which collects present, past and all other types of possible arrangements under one framework through new defined ideal values and with the groups connected with them. 2.The Centre: Each groups, communities, societies, countries are seperate models, but at the same time each of them are factors which owns different begining points to reach a correct country structure through five new seperate group structures (New Era, Progression of the Country, Unity of the Country, Values of the Country, Social Progression) defined in the Countries’ Union System. In real sense, the centre is unique and Countries’ Union, is both forming the centre of the system and also has an equal distances to the related groups, and has equal connections with them. 3.Integration: Here it is proposed to integrate all the organizations around the world such as E.U., U.N., O.I.C., NATO and all other official/non-official Military, Scientific, Political, Commercial, Religionist, Ethnic Origins, etc., into this system. With this respect, the conflicts where each sides are get into by themselfs or pusshed into directly for a long time, through the agreements made in the past, and because of these agreements and the organizations being membered, will be able to arranged and/or removed simultaneously. 4.Continuable Political Administration System: It is defined here by considering the possible political senses and aims of the political administrations in the countries. The Countries’ Union; is containing an Ideal Political Construction which will carry the political points of views and other standards of judment, points of views of persons to a same line. With this respect, it will collect together all the matters mentioned in the other constructions, in upper phase. 5.Information Science: Here it is defined as a scientific point of view, and as a necessity of the system mentioned here, where the plans and principles regarding the information forming, information protection, information acquiring, information presenting, information directing and information inspection related with the all subjects of services are teaching, educating, and making applicable. 6.Sense of Justice: In general sense, the justice can be provided officially and/or non-officially by educating judicious persons, by improving justice system and/or by making the system judicious. The system defined here is designed so that it contains and satisfy justice simultaneously through these three methods. 7.Subjects of Services: This system here contains the subjects of; Accreditation Standard, Research, Planning, Military, Press and Publication, Science, Environment, Consultancy, Inspection, Natural Sources and Energy, Education, Electronic and Communication, Industry, Integration, Security, Stockbreeding, Law/Judgement, Public Works and Housing, Information and Service, Intelligence, Culture, Art, Logistic, Finance, Combat with Organized Crimes, Health, Civilian Society, Political Works, Social Support, Sport, Agriculture, Community Values, Tourism, Transportation, Administration, etc.
