Inclusive, Collaborative, and Resilient Democracies

This panel explores the challenges and opportunities in developed countries in creating collaborative democratic governance where citizens of different ethnic groups, religions, cultures, educational levels, etc. are included. It explores how democracies are innovating to ensure resilience on the one hand, and how some attempts at innovation and resilience can be stalled in newer democracies due to underdeveloped local democratic infrastructure on the other hand.
