Participants who have a role in the program (paper author, chair, discussant) must complete the online registration and pay the fees by April 18, 2023 if they wish to appear in the Printed Program.

Each individual may only participate in the Congress Program once in each of the following roles: chair, co-chair, discussant, author, co-author or roundtable participant.
