Schedule
A preliminary schedule of panels is now available.
Note that it is each participant's responsibility to make sure that they are available for all four (4) days of the Congress Program: Sunday, 13 July to Wednesday, 16 July 2025 inclusively.
Each panel was scheduled based on the availability and time restrictions provided in the scheduling form, as well as conflicts with other roles, panelist preferences, and room availability. In total, five levels of scheduling constraints were considered.
We understand that the scheduled time may not work for everyone. If the majority of panelists are unable to attend at the assigned time, the panel convenor or chair may request to reschedule by emailing wc2025@ipsa.org by 12 June 2025. All members of the panel MUST be consulted before sending the request. We will do our best to accommodate change requests but due to conflicts and limited room availability, we cannot make any guarantees.
