Journal/Call for Papers Description

Spatial Analysis has attracted great interest in the international research community and has become a versatile tool to better investigate the relationship between social, political, economic and geographical factors.

Spatial methods consider and use the topological, geometric and geographic properties of the investigated variables to improve prediction or better explain the occurrence of patterns and variables in relation to their location. They are suitable to improve our understanding of many policy and governance related topics depending on location and access. Using information about the exact location of cases, actors, consumers or households many unsolved social, economic and political research questions can be re-evaluated and better understood.

SPP is calling for contributions related to Spatial Analysis with a political, economic or social focus and encourages researchers in related disciplines to submit their papers for this call of papers to the special issue Vol.1 2020.
