

World Congress Participants from Québec Meet the Québec Delegation in Seoul

Participants from Québec, Canada, attending the 2025 IPSA World Congress of Political Science, met with members of the Québec Delegation in Seoul, along with IPSA Executive Director Kim Fontaine-Skronski and IPSA Executive Committee member Serge Granger. Representing the Québec Delegation were Damien Pereira, Québec Delegate in Seoul, and Kevin Drouin, Trade Attaché.
The gathering took place on 13 July 2025 at the Coex Convention Center, following the Opening Ceremony of the World Congress. In his welcoming remarks, Mr. Pereira highlighted the activities of the Québec Delegation in Seoul and extended a warm welcome to the participants from Québec. The event provided an opportunity for networking and exchanges between the Québec participants, the Québec Delegation, and IPSA leadership.
A total of 44 delegates from Québec, Canada, participated in the 2025 IPSA World Congress. They represented a range of institutions, including Bishop’s University, Concordia University, École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), McGill University, Université de Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, Université Laval, and Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
