IPSA Executive Director Interviewed by Boardroom Magazine

Boardroom magazine has recently conducted an interview with IPSA Executive Director Dr. Kim Fontaine-Skronski on the governance of non-profit international associations and major challenges they face.
Dr. Fontaine-Skronski highlighted the importance for scholarly associations to formalize and institutionalize their governance structure and discussed IPSA’s administrative reforms following by the adoption of IPSA’s 2018-2022 Strategic Plan.
She also underlined two important objectives associations must consider when looking at their future: Ensuring diversity and inclusiveness as well as strengthening the networks that underpin the contribution of science to public deliberation and decision-making.
