This year's event marked the 10th anniversary of CIMtl and the program featured four roundtables with eight representatives of international organizations discussing the latest trends and challenges in the following areas:

  • Education and Francophonie;
  • Sustainable Development and Technologies (AI);
  • Health;
  • Aviation and Security.

Dr. Fontaine-Skronski spoke on the panel "Education and Francophonie", which focused on IPSA’s mission and activities in promoting education at the international level as well as the role of the French language at the heart of academic research, highlighting its importance in political science. Dr. Fontaine-Skronski talked about the status of the French language at IPSA since its founding in Paris in 1949 and the central role French has played in IPSA's mission and among its members worldwide. She was joined by Prof. Saulo Neiva, Regional Director of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) for the Americas.
