Position: Full-time Faculty Position (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor)

Location of Work: Hsinchu, Taiwan

Language of Instruction: English

Start of Employment: August 2027 onwards 

Qualification: Applicants must have or expect a Ph.D. degree in Political Science, Economics, or related fields. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in research as well as in teaching.

Fields of Specialty: International Relations or Comparative Public Policy with empirical expertise on North East Asia, South East Asia, or South Asia (1 position)

Required Application Materials
1.    Curriculum Vitae
2.    Cover Letter
3.    Representative Publications: Applicants should submit at least three representative publications from the last five years. Ph.D. candidates and recent Ph.D. recipients should instead submit one Job Market Paper and two additional writing samples. The writing samples may include a dissertation draft or other research papers.
4.    Degree Certificate: Applicants who hold a Ph.D. should submit a copy of their doctoral degree certificate. Ph.D. candidates who have completed their dissertation defense should submit documentation confirming completion of coursework and successful defense of the dissertation. Ph.D. candidates who have not yet completed their defense should submit documentation confirming completion of coursework and indicating the expected date of the dissertation defense.
5.    Academic Transcript or Proof of Current Academic Appointment: Ph.D. candidates and recent Ph.D. recipients should submit an academic transcript. All other applicants should submit documentation of their current academic appointment.
