Organized by: International Science Council

The ISC Regional Focal Point for Asia and the Pacific (RFP-AP) invites you to register for the first module in a six-module series to support researchers to communicate their science and maximize its impact. The workshop will be held online on 22 April 2026 from 5:00-7:00 PM AEST (7:00-9:00 AM UTC).

Learn how to craft your research narrative. In this first communication module, we will focus on:

  • Turning your research into clear, engaging stories that demonstrate impact and relevance;
  • How to shape compelling research narratives that communicate purpose, significance and real-world impact;
  • A step-by-step framework for moving from complex research to a clear, audience-ready story;
  • Techniques for structuring narrative flow, clarity and emphasis without losing scientific accuracy;
  • Using AI tools to support outlining, reframing and testing clarity for non-specialist audiences;
  • Practical exercises focused on structuring and presenting participants’ own research narratives.
