2026 European Political Science Association Conference

The 16th annual conference of the European Political Science Association will take place from 9-11 July 2026, in Prague, Czech Republic, at the Prague Congress Centre.

We invite paper submissions that represent the state of the art in political science and that focus on any substantive area of politics. Conference presentations are organized by topic into broad tracks. As always, we expect tenured participants to contribute to the success of the conference by serving as chairs or discussants. Proposals for pre-organized panels are also welcome.

For pre-organised panel submissions, make sure that all proposals are submitted to the same “track” and add a panel abbreviation to the paper title. Note that we evaluate paper proposals without attention to whether they are part of a pre-organized panel.

Instructions for the submission of an abstract

• The conference language is English and all abstracts and full papers must be submitted in English;
• Abstracts must be submitted online. Do not fax, mail or email your abstract as it will not be considered;
• In order to give a presentation at the conference, please submit a short abstract. The full paper should be distributed to your panel shortly before the conference;
• Please note that papers can only be accepted if at least one author registers for participation at the conference;
• There is a maximum of 2 submissions per person;
• Participants should review the EPSA terms of service before submitting.
