Digital Bharat: Issues and Challenges

The Call for Chapters invites scholars, researchers, and policy experts to contribute original, peer-reviewed chapters to the upcoming edited volume "Digital Bharat: Contemporary Issues and Challenges," edited by Dr. Saurabh Chandra (Vice-Chairman, RC-10, IPSA). The book aims to examine the socio-economic, political, legal, and ethical dimensions of India's rapid digital transformation, covering core themes such as Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), e-governance, the digital divide, data privacy (DPDP Act), cybersecurity, AI, and platform labour.
