Job Description

Applications are invited for a Specified purpose post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Development Studies within UCD School of Politics and International Relations

The person appointed will be expected to contribute to teaching and research in the area of development studies. Additional ability to be able to teach modules in research methodology or gender and politics will be welcomed.

Application Procedure
Applications will consist of a cover letter, in which the applicant will describe how their academic and research profile strategically complements or strengthens the profile of the school, a complete CV including all research publications and research grants to date together with any publications submitted for publication but not yet published, and the names and the contact details of three potential referees.
 
Salary Scale: 95 Lecturer/Assist Professor Above The Bar Salary scale: €55,951 - €88,601 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
 
Closing date: 17:00hrs (local Irish time) on 6th June 2022
