Assistant Professor of Comparative Politics (1.0 FTE)

Key Responsibilities
We are looking to hire an Assistant Professor in Comparative Politics for a one-year temporary position. The appointment includes teaching introductory and advanced courses on comparative politics, conducting scholarly research in the area of comparative analysis of political systems, institutions and processes, and participating in the intellectual and administrative life of the Institute. 
 
Selection criteria

  • A PhD in Political Science
  • Teaching experience (including big lectures) and good teaching evaluations, a promising research agenda and scholarly publications
  • Applicants must be able to teach in English; the ability to teach in Dutch is a plus
