Building Special Projects on Wikipedia

This webinar will describe how editors can mobilize to create content around special themes on Wikipedia. It will use examples of where this has been done previously and talk through the impact and considerations – including risks – of setting up such initiatives. Representatives of the Wikimedia community will also offer advice on planning for the life cycle of such initiatives.

This webinar is part of the ISC Public Value of Science project, which aims to enable scientific engagement among researchers in view of the current social and technological context.
