Objectives

Facilitates the research plans and scholarly communication of political scientists whose studies focus on the recruitment and performance of elites in political life; it seeks to undertake the gathering and interpretation of empirical evidence through a variety of research strategies and conceptual approaches. The committee gives priority to comparative analysis.
