Postdoctoral research position – solving of environmental and economic problems that extend beyond national borders
The group’s research and teaching focuses on political and other conditions under which environmental and economic problems that extend beyond national borders can be solved. The new postdoc will contribute to collaborative research projects of the group (http://www.ib.ethz.ch), pursue her/his own research agenda in some area of International Political Economy / International Environmental Politics, and teach 1-2 courses per year. We offer an intellectually challenging full-time position in one of the leading political science research centers in Europe. The position is initially for one year starting in summer 2017, and can be extended up to four years.
You should hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in political science, international relations, or economics/political economy. Applicants are expected to have strong methodological skills, a keen and manifest interest in theories and empirical research on questions of International Political Economy / International Environmental Politics, and a strong command of English.
