Congress Accommodations
IPSA has negotiated special prices for delegates at various hotels in Madrid. There is a variety of room rates to fit all budgets. While there are hotels in closer proximity to the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, there are more hotels located in the city centre which are in close proximity to many restaurants, museums and local attractions. Please note that IPSA is not responsible for any cancellation fees. Each delegate is responsible to inform their hotel if you can no longer attend the congress and cancel your hotel reservation accordingly.

University Dormitories
It is very important to note that the dormitories do not normally offer individual reservation service for short stays and they are making an exception for participants of the IPSA World Congress. Spanish is the main language of communication with the university dormitories. Please be aware of this when you are booking your room. You must specify that you are part of IPSA in your communications.
